you need a strong tension wrench to overcome the evil spring. Then you need to set the 2nd or 3rd pin, which is a spool pin, and after that, pick the 1st and 4th pin and it should rotate open easily.
What you'll notice when you false set the security pin, is the keyway will rotate from 12 oclock to about 1 oclock, at that point, back off a bit on the tension wrench and properly set the security pin, and other pins.
