Just a question as i am very anxious about recieving my lockpicks i ordered. I odered them on the 15th of this month, but not 5 days later the oder is still "Pending" and they have not deducted any funds from my card.
I would have presumed that once i place the order, i would only take a couple working days till they recive funds, then begin to prepare for shipping. However i am going nuts since they havnt even debited me yet!
How long from placing the order does shipping begin?

Dont worry you will not be let down, if you havent heard anything by weekend drop them a line,
Sometimes they have an influx of sales and dont always update the system on time even though the picks are being processed, the money will possibly be taken out either when the picks are processed or at the end of the month,

That might be a question you would rather be asking LPS.

Shipping is usually strikingly fast from LPS. as Omi said, why not send them an email, or hit them up on the Live support chat during regular business hours, or call them. They are very approachable and very easy to deal with.
Cheers,
db

I ordered some tools on 2nd Sep, got an email of UPS on 7th saying its due to be shipped on 9th so 7 days in this case from order to shipping. Give it a few more days.
I have still not received it tho, but thats properly airmail / customs etc etc.

Well my situation is differant to everyone else so dont judge what may happen to you from my experiance,
If you support the site and buy a T shirt you will not be let down and will get it in short time,

USPS packages aren't actually tracked until they are delivered. This is the case for everything except registered mail. International mail isn't really tracked at all. Odds are it's still making it's way down to your part of the world.

I'm sorry for bringing this topic back up but i recently bought the slimline kit off lockpickshop.. and might i add i was pleasantly surprised how fast they came ~ and i'm all the way in Melbourne, Australia (!).
I purchased them 22/Oct and i was waiting for the confirmation of shipment. I haven't gotten a reply from that but it just came in the mail all intact.
So overall it took 10 days. The product is fantastic so i can't recommend this site enough. Now all i need is a lock to practice on =P

I also had excellent service from LPS. I recently placed a small order for a few ace lock tools, and received my order within 7 days. And I'm in Canada. LPS have their ducks in a row, I was especially appreciative of the way they handled the customs forms. I like it when companies are honest with the declared value, when I order stuff of eBay I usually get jammed with customs fees because the seller signed some outrageously high declared value. LPS takes good care of their int'l customers.
