euro cylinder re pinning kits

Postby crasher » 3 Oct 2006 8:04

i am new to locksmithing ,operating in Spain. all of the common lock manufacturers will not, or cannot supply me with a cylinder re-pinning kit suitable for their locks. Is there a universal kit i can buy over the internet that will suffice or are the pin diameters different in each manufacturer ( i am looking specifically at Tessa, Iseo).
Also is there any good litrature available on the subject . i.e " All you need to know about re-pinning locks".
thanks CRASHER

Hi Bill, no i don´t generally get down your way.As far as tools are concerned i´ve found Multipick-service to be very good ( based in Germany).Regarding lock info this site is a mine of information just knowing where to search for what you need to know! Also search lock manufacturers web sites for specific info.
