Alright I posted I couldn't get this open and now I have looked at it a bit, and noticed lil holes above the pins. I dunno how many there are but here's an idea of it. (I put the lil red holes aviously, but look arnt the pins suppose to go in the wholes? Why are they above them?)

I believe this is a natural phenomenon known as, "upside down lock"

the pins go in up in the other direction.

Sometimes locks will have holes in the bottom of the plug for easy pin changes without removing the plug.

Other than that, I dunno

Thats right, or sometimes holes are there for ease of manufacture then filled after.
