Will anyone sell me any picks? I want 1 snake rake, 1 standard rake, 1 hook, 1 diamond and 2-3 wrenches. I can only pay via paypal. I am willing to negotiate on any prices.

Use a pick case
Theres also many many other ideas on site with one being posted very recently, you can sew one up yourself or use anything that has a id and space inside to hold them, use a smarties tube if you want, varnish it to make it harder wearing,
Where abouts in the uk are you?

Otherwise just as im in a spoon feeding mood, try some wiper blade inserts, you will get more than enough from one wiper to make as many as you need,
