... and yes, there are sometimes local places to buy picks like spy shops, but no, you probably shouldn't buy them there because you will likely over pay if you can find them at all.. and no, there are no places online that you can buy without a credit card... and no, nobody here will buy them for you...

DB nice but there's something you forgot: both lockpicks.com and lockpickshop.com take paypal which does not nessicarly use a credit card.
