it works pretty well, opens a master lock #3 in 1-2 passes next lock will be a brinks pad lock with 4 spools

Good job! People would be surprised how shallow or deep the cuts can be made and still open a lock.

yeah it's a really nice design, i just ordered the real thing from Mr. raimundo, also just finished another rake made from a wipe blade insert works even better then the brick strap, i'll post picks tomorrow,

looks good, i was looking into making one for myself but every time i attempt i get pissed and throw it across the room. just not my day i suppose.

yeah between the the first one from brick strape and that shinny one i attemped about 10, all ended up in the can, finally stoped trying with the dremel and used a 9.99 fine file set, took about 2 hours to make but i think it was worth the effort in the end

I have tried making snake like rakes like that and always give up... i am using a grinder i havent tried with a file tho... maybe i will attempt that.
any hints and suggestions apppreciated... thanks

i followed the guide posted by DB for raimundo mostly that and the Bogota template i found in this forum, i found it easyer to make the triangle under cut at the tip first, just takes a few tries, hand files do work better tho imo, it's too hard(atleast for me) to get the shape right using a bench grinder or dremel
