council blocks with ruko or assa. tool needed to turn tt

Hi, im currently struggling to open the assa or ruko cylinders on these flats.
the letter box is high on the door and the tt is guarded by a round cylinder guard. it is very hard to open if not imposs with standard LB tool connectors. any ideas on an add on home made turner to sort out these locks?

i know they are advanced material. im talking about going through the letterbox. whats the problem with that?
