You dont know me, i've joined recently, but i've read alot of your posts and they are awesome, lots of info, it's great to have you back.

Hope things turn out better for you now. We'll try to help you relax over here by turning some locks here into destress tools to help you out.
*packages up a medeco disguised as a kwikset jammed up with crazy glue*

Just one question tho... you said you were holding a drill at the time of the incident.... what kind of drill? and what happened with the drill?

I had a Medeco filled with krazy glue before, so this should be fun. Had to drill the Medeco though. It was a complete loss and they wanted in like 3 hours AGO! The thing I like about this work is that I can say I did a bank job, and NOT go to jail for it.

The drill in question was a plain old 18v cordless, and I don't really remember it happening exactly. I remember drilling, and then I remember being on the floor. The drill survived, and obviously didn't do anything to me.

I still have it actually.

Rom I feel you on the anxiety attacks, i know i know 20 years old whats to worry about. :P

I basically get these panic attacks... at one point, counld'nt leave the house. Thats why i made a massive amount of picks, and learned this in the first place. Wa a blessing becuase now i have a diploma.

Yet after all this my X g/f sent the attack back again.. she's worse than UPS. Anyway that usualy why i hae wierd days in here. And it's quite bit over whelming to say the least.

So i feel your bit on the panic and anxiety. And also putting pieces back together, it sounds silly from a 20 year old, but honestly until someone knows what a severe panic attack feels like and can't leave the house, i sounds liek a whining rant.. well let the bastards thinks it.

Hope all goes well mate, your a good guy, helped many people and all good things come around best of luck to you buddy.

LN,

I have known a few people with similar conditions to yours and I kno its not a nice thing. As you have learned it makes a mess out of your personal and professional life.

The attack I had was something that built up from everything else, and just finally had to find a release. Unfortunately, when that happened it took my heart along for the ride with it. That really sucked.

If it had have been JUST the panic or anxiety attack, I could have gotten over that and maybe made some changes and moved along since I obviously do not have a cronic condition with them. Nope, I had to go whole hog, and just throw everything at the wall.

I know what you have (or I am familiar with similar situations) and I can at least understand some of your pain and difficulty. So far as I know, except in drasticly severe situations you can learn to manage it. I am sure that you know this of course.

As for ex's I know all about that one too, and I have seen that happen even to people who don't normally have a condition with anxiety, so don't let that bother you too much.

Take care man
