ya still dont get the obsession with making picks... sorry guys i just dont, its SO cheap to just buy a pick, i just received 13 new picks from southord and there spot on, i guess for the more advanced picker than me you can make picks to suit you but in that instance ide just take a dremmel to an existing pick

I agree, picks are cheap sometimes it's just the satisfaction foumd in doing it yourself

There is a lot to be said about making your own picks.

The first thing is always being able to have picks when you want them, and when you need them.
The second is being able to try new designs, and new ways to make the picks. Anyone can do it with a bit of practice.

Honestly though there is a lot of pride in looking at your work and either having them work all the time, or just knowing that you can make something as good or better than comercial products.

how much you pay for your picks?

maybe ..... $45.00 ish, but i live in the UK so the exchange rate is good. so to me thats like you spending about $25.00.
