Heres a quote from bud-
Bud Wiser wrote:I just got the 911 too, it is crap. Do you know how to remove the cylinder from it? It's suppose to be removable.

Just for the record the best master I've found so far is the 532. Has spool pins, looks good, and feels like a real lock ;)

Also, see this thread- http://www.lockpicking101.com/viewtopic.php?t=7970&highlight=master+lock+911

Seems like they have security pins in the top, and are rekeyable (you can remove the core from them). Sounds like the general feeling is that they can be easily picked, once you have the hang for them, but the sloppy tolerances can make them difficult to pick.

hi
i had one of these. i picked it in less than a min. then i noticed that the bottom part of the case was cracked and came off real easy. so when i had it off it was a # 3 master under the plastic. i took it back and got a refund they had 3 more and all were cracked .

Dont be afraid of it its nothing more impressive than a kwickset door lock. the security features of this lock are 5PINS ooooo scary huh. you should be able to rake it, spp it, combo it with out any trouble other than you mind messin with ya.
I hope this helps
