I live in Hong Kong , i don't know where i can buy a lock picks so i want to use paper clips to pick a lock, but i can't.

yeah buy some or make them from something else cause paperclips are best for holding small piles of paper together....

Paper Clips, no.. Safety pins though, that's what I used on my first lock... Just bend it right and you can use it to pick, and still close it up when you're done.

There is an excellent article somewhere about using around the house objects to pick locks (I believe the list includes bobby pins, safety pins, paper clips and maybe pens?)
However, if you are new at the hobby you will do MUCH better with an actual set of picks. You can move on to improvised picks later, once you've mastered the basics. You can get some great deals online. Regardless, first I would refer to the law thread and make sure lockpicks (improvised or otherwise) are legal in Hong Kong. If they aren't, you may want to consider a different hobby.
