OK here is the deal, I AM a minor (GASP...) and I was about to buy some lock picks from the lockpickshop and I had to put my name in this box and agree so I read the agreement thing like everyone does Laughing . and it said and quote

In the absence of this assurance, LockPickShop (LPS) will not ship to you.
so is it safe for me to order them? because the is the only thing I am worried about is...will i be caught? Twisted Evil
Just kidding but, is it illegal for me to have them and to use them on my own locks.
Oh and if you know the state laws I live in Oklahoma
