I tried picking it pin by pin and it wasn't having none of it. I've successfully opened it about 5 times now with the bogotta pick i made, and i believe pin 5 is the culprit, which is annoying because its hard to get to at the back of the barrel.

My hands are starting to hurt, and i'm developing a blister :(

Ouch, blisters suck...
take a break for a few days, it will help you, let it heal up before the skin starts cracking and you do more damage to your hand and you lose sensitivity there...

Or... practice with your other hand!

what picks are you using?

Normal picks shouldent give you blisters unless you pick 24/7 :?

Erm......lol I did have an 8 hour session without pause. most probably why. p.s The blister was on the hand holding the padlock.
