if it's just a cheapie laminated Masterlock that everyone has a few of, you'd have to use a hacksaw and cut through the rivits and then pop off the bottom few layers of metal so the little cylinder would fall out, I've done it a few times, but the cylinder is so small, it's not good for practicing on or to make a cut a way from.

Well i already have i practice lock and i am on the third pin(HARD AS HELL WITH A SAFTEY PIN) and well yeah thanks for the help. :)

And it wasent lamenated that black part IT WASW A PIECE OF CHEAP PLASTIC GLUED ON. go figure

I'm not quite sure what you just said, but I'll sure try to respond;

a laminated padlock isn't the same as a laminated piece of paper, a laminated padlock is a padlock that is made out of layers or shingles of metal, it's easier and cheaper for the companies to make.
