Advice on a new lock

Hey guys just wondering if i could get some advice on the new lock i should pick up, i'm getting a good feel for spools, i've been playing with a Brinks 5pin padlock 4 of the pins are spools, what should i pick up next? SFIC? i don't really have any cores, just a bunch of padlocks mostly masters 3 5 couple contractors series.

Hmm, maybe move up to something like a 6 pin Sargent, they have nice tight tolerances,

After that I'd say try an SFIC, or a dimple lock of some kind.

Are you just trying a lock and finding you can pick it then going for a tougher more secure lock, just because?

It just sounds like to me that just because I can pick one certain brand moderate to high secure lock means I can pick them all and want to move to the next higher level.

I don't mean to sound crude, but that was my first immpression.

no, i play with the locks for a while, i buy a lock maybe once or twice a week, play with it till i can pick it in 20 sec or less then try something new, then god back and play with the older locks i have i don't just pick a lock and leave it, i'm still playing with my masterlock No.3 even tho i can SPP it in less then 10 sec some times even with 1 or 2 rakes.

But anyways i went out and baught 3 locks today, a Brinks R70 which is easy to pick other then the extreme tension because of the spring and a Shrouded Brinks padlock could find a modle number but this thing is a monster serated bottom pins and serated spools on top. then tonight i went and baught new files so i picked up a Schelge deadbolt it has spools also, havn't taken it part yet just picked it a couple times.
