You can also hollow out the inside of those highlighter pens; just remove the ink cartridge and you should be able to fit 4-5 picks in there.

I'm not sure about a torque wrench, though...

there was once a pen said to be made for NASA for the space program, they marketed it, it was smoothly rounded on both ends, and so it easily fell out of pockets. with a couple of rubber rings around the center, it would not have found it so easy to slide under its own weight agains cloth. anyway the story goes that nasa spent a million for an ink pen that would work in ) gravity, while the soviets use mechanical pencils.

Sorry 2 piss on ur bonfire but its a myth. pencils are made from graphite and they couldn't risk it breaking and shorting out a circuit
