Euro pick vs other thumb turners

Postby gareth » 29 Nov 2006 11:36

Hi Lads,

I'm thinking of getting the Europick as advertised on locksmith tools uk. My question is will it work more efficiently than the turners that I got from Keyprint. Not really had much luck with 'em- is it worth forking out another splodge of cash??? Cheers

its a direct copy of the keyprint ones, nothing wrong with what you have, alter the angle of the bend on the end to simulate the bottom angle of the key tip for more success.

the best you can do is buy some 1mm piano wire , put different angled bends for different lock types, and you will have far more success than with the commercial ones and they will cost you pennies only.
