When it comes down to it there is nothing better than manual tools for your Lock pick Set, whether they be retail, homebrew, macgyver style. DIY'ers look here.

that is the buy sell and trade area, you might be able to find someone willing to part with picks, but most people treat their picks better then their kids  best bet is http://www.lockpickshop.com
