A Few Tubular Pick Question

I have a few questions first is,Is there a place you can buy replacement fingers for them? And second i got a 7pin tubular pick from a locksmith who had a few but the one he gave me was kidda in peaces lol so i got 3 cap like things and two rubber o-rings and i don't know how to put it back together can anybody help me out with this
