It's easier to explain--at all customs offices--if you have an ALOA card or some other locksmith ID.

However, if you're in a foreigh country, try visiting a few lockies and checking out what tools they use and send back pictures! I suspect they will always have some unique tools that don't make it over the pond.

i know this question begs to be asked. but why in the world do you want to sneak picks into singapore. of all the countries in the world, this is one of the worst to try this.

Totaly agree why would anyone consider trying to take anything onto a plane that even they think they should conceal.

It has something to do with me being in the country for over a month, and i'll suffer withdrawal symptoms if I can't open a lock without a key for that long.

I tried asking newsparkling but the guy hasn't replied. As said in an earlier post i've mostly been talked out of doing it. But if I really was going to bring them with me, i would have wrapped them up into a tight bundle and put them with my checked in luggage and not the bag that I carry with me into the plane.

Instead of concealing and checking in picks, take a Dremel and buy some wiper blades when you get there.
