I'm not even sure what the question is but since flat means apartment i'd say what you want to do sounds illegal... DENIED

that was harldy slanderous... I said 'sounds like' not 'you are'.
Now tell me since you are doing warrants or what ever the fudge... would you as a responsible person give out information to a first time poster who's only details are that they want to open apartments?
so anyone who is on the internet must be up to some good gotcha....
Now what is there to cover... non descriptive question and thread title....
" icl set 4 bump keys " I know what a bump key is, i know how to make and use them but what is "icl set 4 bump keys" and if you don't know what key type the locks you want to 'legally' open are how are we supposed to guess? am I to travel to Birmingham and inspect the bump keys have and then the lock you want to open?
and if you are a lockie why not just pick these door open? or bypass them or...or...or
We can only help thoes who help themselves.... re-read your OP and tell me if you'd answer that question and whilst you at it maybe you should take a copy of what I previously posted to a lawyer to ask him what the definition of slander is...

Your attitude is awful.
i dont wish to respond to you now or ever again.
please done post on my posts
thankyou
now to the other poster.
i do open other locks in these blocks and sometimes get the assa/ruko through letterbox if the position is ok. i was just wondering wether the cylinders have the side bar section in that stops them bumping.

that would all depend on which assa cylinder
is in the door ie: model type!

Lock model is needed to give that sort of specified information...
is it a Twin2, flexcore or 500 series? at this point I think you might want to know that assa/ruko make hundreds of models of locks (usually broken down in those three types)
please note I like my attitude and will continue to post on every post that you make... Yeah I'm one of thoes people that if you tell me not to do something that you have no ability to enforce I'll do it out of spite!

i'm having a guess but is it a rim cylinder mounted in a
steel type door???
these are common where i am and as said should indeed bump.
