A friend of mine did a course and they were taught how to make their own lever picks from welding rod and coat hangers. Maybe possible if you understand how they work. You could contact RB medical for a catologue and look at the pictures for ideas.

Here are 4 suppliers who may be able to help:

SOUBER: sales@soubertools.co.uk
ALDRIDGE: sales@e-aldridge.co.uk
SAFECALL: londonsafecall@yahoo.com
DUFFELLS: wholesale@duffells.co.uk

All of them are in London and Aldridge has a Manchester branch.

Souber are a bit difficult to contact, one of their distributors is SKS who are in Hemel Hempstead (I think) or John Richards (on the web)

Multipick have some nice stuff but it is VERY overpriced.
sledgehammers make excellent back up picks!

I have to agree with jason about souber, they will check you out to see if you are a locksmith. I should have been clearer about the multipick site it is overpriced but you can get some ideas from it.

Like most wholesalers, Aldridge, Safecall and Duffells are suppliers of Souber Tools (And others). The price can very much depend on if you have a credit account or a trade card account. Aldridge especially, give a larger discount to Credit Account Customers whereas Trade Card holders get nothing.

After being a customer of one of the above for 15+ years, I changed regular supplier to one of the others (No names) Then again I know people who have done the reverse. Personal preference = Who gives you the best service and price. For me, I hate going to the trade counter and having to look in the brochure for a reference number because the person serving doesnt know the difference between a lock and a key.
