That is a descent diamond tip, but you may want to make the tang a little bit thinner so it doesn't interupt the adjacent pins. That is if you havent done this already.

I learned the hard way that you have to twist the bristle a particular direction where it flattens out, if you want it to be comfortable to use. If you twist it the other way it bites into your finger.
I'll leave it as an excercise for the reader which direction to twist depending on whether you're right or left handed.
well these are my piks....yes they are "ghetto" as some people might say but they get the job done well, and if I lose them they are cheap and easy to make.......(well sanding down the edges takes a while)
