Not really.
Go with a standard set like
THIS one. Working on your feel is of the essence when you're just beginning. The pick you have chosen will hardly give you proper feedback for learning.
As for the number of tools you have, don't worry about it. You'll probably end up using only one or two rakes, the diamond, the hook (hopefully) and one wrench. Mabey You'll use the double ball if you encounter a wafer. That would be it... it's simmilar for the beginners as well as for the more experianced lockpickers.
Of course I'm not saying that it's impossible to learn with a tool like that one, but I am saying that it definately isn't easier.
