My Best Homebrew

I made my best homebrew today. The Dremel I got for Christmas helped me get the perfect shape but I still used the grinder to get most of the metal off. I started with 100 grit then worked my way down to 400 and then I finished the shine by using buffing wheel on my grinder to get the perfect result. I then polished it with a little paint thinner to clean it off and get it extra shiny. The only difference with this pick is the handle. I like the Southord handles better. They feel more comfortable. It feels too thin in my hands and makes a crease in my fingers. Nothing I can do about it I guess. Here are some pictures. Enjoy.

Thats really interesting, i never knew you could get a cloth wheel for your bench grinder . Any idea on where i can get one?

hmm i use 320-400-1200-2000 then a good polishing i never use any higher grits

make a handle there are many ideas round here

I use heat shrink. Cheap, easy to use, looks good, feels good. Hardly loose any feedback.

Please do... I've tried several different methods and they all work but so far I'm not really struck on any of the methods i've tried. For one reason or another I usually wind up pretty much freehanding it by the end. Oh, by the way that's a sweet looking pick.
