My Final Two Homebrews For a while (My Best)

These are it for a while, this weeks going to be hectic and i wil ahve hardly anytime.

The pics I used my work bench so they came out better but still could be better.

There isnt a part on them not fully pollished and the feedback is better than any produced i ever used handel or no handle. The hook and tang design i already went into why i do them that way.

These are my favorite, Not for sale unless you have something good. They took me 3 hours a piece from making the picks handels and finishing.

The thickness's for all tangs are .16 enjoy and tell me what you think.

Na man, its my drywall cutter, works really nice for fitting strike plates if i dont have a wood chisel

At first glance without moving the bottom scroll bar, I thought they were painted black in that first pic because of the glare, but never-the-less awesome work.

wouldnt removing the bottom of the tang right before the handles starts make it weaker?

Its a yes and know answere.

It create's a point of flex, i found this trick i do with them for security pics, where you flex them slightly and give a little off the plug and it flicks so to the speak the security pin up. So i don;t have to hassel around with security pins.

Also since it flex's over all the feel is great, however, if a noob was to use them, odds are they would be destroyed, but then again noobs bend the non euro line of SO's so its no bigger.

I also Put elbows on my picks as another type of flex point, but really its jsut my style, odds are theres other people out there who would find my picks horrible.

i like how you are slightly putting curves into your handles, i have been playing around with some sort of extreme handles myself, and i will post them when i get them fully figured out.

seriously though, those look like high performance surgical lock picks man. a noob no more, only the finest make tools like that, man. its late, and i am so jealous, so i should quit while im ahead. nice work man.

Thanks brotha, To get the handels i will secure them with the rounded edges.

The after every thing is set and secured i lock the pick in a drill press vise with the handels slighty above the top of the vise.

Then take a demel after you found a grip style you like and slowly start to gring out the finger dips. I say slowly becuase you cannot quench them in water fast enough while taking htem out the vise.

SO crankyou dremel on high and do quick grinding for a second or two and let sit, always test with your finger to make sure its cool, a cool damp rag will also help cool the metal if it does get a bit hot.
