Brockhage Gun

Tool recommendations, information on your favorite automatic and/or mechanical lockpicking devices for those with less skills, or looking to make their own.

I do the same as Abs. But if that isn't working, I use light tension and keep snapping - somtimes that will do it. Other times the lock needs hand tools and the gun goes away.
***Also a little tip, a locksmith was trying to open a lock i couldnt pick with the gun or hand tools (he just became a locksmith) He spends most of his time saying stainless steel picks are crap, and i have a cheapo gun. (Idiot only diff in picks is material and i have used both HPC and South ord hooks and couldnt notice a difference- the diamonds ment to be better though) He was using that offset needle, so when i got home i gave it a whack - it's pretty effective, just angle the gun so the needle is straight under the pins.
Cheers,
Luke

would just like to let you know that this issue has been resolved. They have now placed "Unlock Technologies Pick gun by Brockhage' on their website. I in no way am putting down www.lockpicks.com They are the fastest processing and posting company I have purchased off. (South ord took two and a half weeks, lockpicks.com took 6 days and I bought 3 times as much stuff from lockpicks.com)

They have good service (quickly get back to you on any product enquirys, usually next day) and excellent quality products (no problems except for this small stamping problem.) This issue has been resolved, and to their own sacrifice.

I commend lockpicks.com on their initiative and speed of process, and their product line

I didnt want to tarnish their name by not saying this, as they have completely resolved my problem.

About a month ago I ordered the Brockhage gun and also received it with the Unlock brand stamped on it. I was pretty ticked off that I never received the gun I had ordered. Not knowing they changed their name I e-mailed them complaining about the order. They replied explaining the name change and reassured me the gun still carries the lifetime warranty. This set me at ease but it sure would have been nice if they made a little note attached with the gun explaining this change.
