Ive done the title for you,

The 265 isnt a hard lock but do have spools im sure,

A issue people often have with the tricircle is that they dont press the pins up high enough or use enough tension,

If you search for the shimming guide you will find a video of a 265 being shimmed open as well,

Cheap locks but made reasonably for the weight and size but offer little picking resistance,

Are you ickign correctly? have a read of the last link to make sure,

the best way i found to open this lock is to use a half diamond in a sort of jiggling/raking motion.
use slightly more pressure than normal on the tension wrench too.
as for SPPing this lock, PRACTICE,PRACTICE,PRACTICE!

I single pin pick Tri-Cricles with a hook pick. Try to get the lock to false set by using a little more tension than you think and then finding the one pin that will open the lock.
