Yes, Atrix is correct. The company ( or at least the supplier ) is called Chaz, they have an outlet in St. Petersburg. They are an Abloy copy. There are also rim lock cylinders like this and other assorted items. Same number of cuts as abloy ( if I remember correctly ) and they have a preference for steel keyblanks.
