Hi Cjames73 well itried the STS web site you gave a good link but not much info on it .
So like you said it should be in thier interest to get back to me ?
No was the reply or should i say there was no reply from them i even tried a phone number but no one ever answered it.
Anyway ive since found someone who can supply them a little more than i wanted to pay but he is english and living in spain the communication barrier is not there so ive sorted that . I can give you a link if you ever need it or anyone else if they are interested in this type of lock.
Thanks for the help
Speak soon i hope

hi bill.
their customer relations suck!
if your email to them was in english it would be easier for them to delete your message than translate it.
does your new supplier have a website? if so can you post a link? it would be good to get some spanish locks to try :D
thanks.
