This seems very sketchy,
what do you need a blank for a hospital cabinet for?

anyway, the keyway looks like a small NCL if you have a ilco key blank directory. I cannot find a direct match. I can impression it , but do not want to remove it because they are all riveted on. and I cannot access these rooms with power tools. They make me wear scrubs and gowns and little booties.....The locks do not have codes stamped nor can i tell without taking one apart wether they are masterkeyed.

I only need to find the correct blanks. some I need to duplicate some they cannot lock I picked them open for 6 months. They have an inspection coming up soon and need them all to lock.they didn't want to spend the money then. no there arent any codes on any keys they have left.

Been there done that.. their stupid or playing stupid. they want me to just buy the cams for 25.00 ea. and drill all of them out and re-rivet them. all i need is a hint on a blank i cannot match it to anything in the ilco key blank directory. they have over 100 easy. some in lots of 8-19 ka locks per set.

why not ask for blanks because you are increasing the staff and need more keys. then take it to a lock smith if you are still lost?

We need the profile, if you can sketch it and scan it in it would help,
You may find that a Lowe and Fletcher will be close,
At the end of the day the hospital spends the money or fails the inspection and gets told to do it they need to do somthing and if it means spending money then they will have to do it,
Codes other than the key blank order code cant be given out on the forum sorry, its simply not safe to do so in this application either,
Grab a pic of the keyway and give us the measurements of the key and we can see what there is,
