I am particularly interested in buying the "Ken's Picks" set of Peterson picks. Any opinions would be welcome. Also Should I buy directly from Peterson? Or through lockpickshop.com
thanks

I just ordered the Ken's set friday from Lockpickshop, they are $5.00 more if you use the 10% code over peterson international. but lockpickshop has 2-3 day express delivery options for shipping.
should get them this week they do look like a good set tho.

Yes, that's the set I was going to order, I would like to get an opinion on them when you get them. What are you using now, in the way of picks?

I have the DCAP picks which are included in the Ken's set and they are very nice.

currently i'm using homebrews, a hook, half diamond, a double sided locknewbie21 style hook with C rake and a few tension wrenches.
I've owned a few SO sets before, but i didn't order them this time, because I only use a few picks out of the past sets i bought, the S rake, 2 of the hook a half diamond and thats about it.
the ken's set look better imo nice selection of picks i use and the flat 5 wrenches looked nice. soon as i get them i'll let you know.

Hi,
I have the Peterson Professional II Set. It's really nice. I get good feedback and the hook is all I need most of the time, but it's great to have such a selection. I like the Ken's set you're looking at, since I don't think mine comes with any government steel.
you won't go wrong getting that set, and the price is good.

The Ken's Set is very nice, the DCAP set is very strong and thing the normal picks are great, whole set is sweet.
only problem i have is the case that they come in, it's hard to get them all to fit in easy and the tension wrenches get lost in the bottom of the case
other then that, i love em.
