Zeis Ikon picking problem!!

Hi, i startet lockpicking 3 days ago, my first lock was a simple padlock, that was quite easy to pick. My second lock was a zeis ikon door lock, picking it is not the problem, but there's something strange about that lock, when its picked you can just turn it about 60 degrees before it is stopping. I, dont know what to to, because a 60 degree turn is not enough to open a door!!
What could it be?

It could be a Zeiss Ikon "Sperrrippenprofil", where the lock also tests the side of the key. Obviously, you would have to work around that, as well.

And if you just started, don't forget to not pick locks you or other rely on (such as your door lock )

Yes, its a sperrippenprofil, but what does that mean, for picking it? And is it general pickabel, for beginners?

Thanks, I picked it, you were right its a sperrrippenprofil, that means, that you first have to pick it like any other standard lock, and then, when its "half"
unlocked, you have to pick the rippenprofil!!

Exactly...
You have to auf-sperren the rippenprofil
