Masterlock combination lock w/ alternate keyway

I have a Masterlock combination lock with an alternate keyway with the following numbers engraved on the back of the lock
V58
311713
04
From searching the forum i found out that the v58 engraved on the lock indicates that this lock and any other lock categorized as V58 can be opened by any V58 key. According to another forum member (UWSDWF) such a key can be purchased from Masterlock but i looked on their website and I could not find any information on the key.
And finally, my question. Does anyone have any idea what these other numbers mean or where i might be able to purchase a key to my lock?

goto you distributor and quote your contract number and request a duplicate key... If your supplier no longer exists then you can use your Masterlock contract number, which can be found on your Record Chart and the 8 digit alphanumeric is usually listed under the Name category to request it directly from masterlock

needless to say you must be the registered owner of this lock series to order the keys...
