Diameter of plug: 8.150 centemeters
Inside Diameter of hull: 8.255 centemeters


Just a quick correction - surely you mean millimetres, not centimetres?

he can opened it with a grinder all around the can. the locks shim eaily, and the little cylinder is also very easy to pick if you can make little bitty tools so its unlikly anyone would actually make a control key unless they were going to open all 1700 locks in a hurry

311713 is your series number for that padlock (used to refrence to your control chart) and the 04 is most likely the year of make
