Did a search, found nothing.
I have tried the tank, patriot missile, chain saw ect,,, BUT the dang door knob still exists.
^^^^^^^^^^^^Bad stab at humor, I know. ^^^^^^^^^
I am getting started in lock picking as a hobby, per a previous post I have some spare time coming up. I have found a couple of old exterior locksets, Should I try to remove the assembly from the knob, which doesn't really look possible, or play with it as a unit. How would I remove the cyl to get to pins.
There are no markings on the lock set, Says it is made in Taiwan, Key is marked "E-Z-Set" reverse of key has "B52542" which I am guessing is the pin set in the lock. There is a hole on the neck of the exterior knob that would appear to be some sort on pin, (knob needs to turn to access pin) but it doesn't push. I haven't tried to tap it out, this lock is junk to me,,, but I don't want to destroy it, I want to use it as a practice lock.
Thanks,
Tom
