MASTER 140 mastered

I went out last night and bought a lock and mastered it with a bobby pin and the tension wrench was made from the metal from a lanyard. Lock is opened in under ten seconds. This Macguyver stuff is fun.

as your into improvisation, make a nice pick set from hacksaw blades. there's plenty of templates on here to get you started.

congratulations, was the 140 your first lock. if you have a look round the site the master 140 has a mixture of spool and serrated pins. nice job dude

on the theme of master locks, anyone know how to open o ne of these spinning dial padlocks, you know, the stereotypical safe door ones?

and are these all the same to pick? are most makes the same or do they vary widely?

use the search button and look for combination locks.

are these all the same to pick?

you can't 'pick' a combination lock. the way they 'open' may vary between manufacturers.

try and define your search better (more descriptive) and highlight the 'Search for all terms' button.
searching for single words will return 100s of results.
also make sure you use the search options too.

yep ive had no problem with the search. just think logically when ur searching. the mods know what there doing if the search wasn't good enough or could easily be made better it would have been by now.
