Since im not in the advanced forum how do I go about asking

How do I go about asking a question about this safe im trying to open if I cant since im not in the advanced forum, im gonna try my best and if I break the rules , im sorry ,

the safe im using is :

and this is what the lock looks like, if you notic the notch for applying tension is not in the 12 oclock position , its in the 2 or 3 oclock positioo

now I am new to this , and for all I know the reason im not getting anywhere is because i am not using the tension wrench the correct way , if one of you guys could reply with a picture of what tension wrench to use and show me where on this picture do I put it , i bent a piece of meteal into a basic tension wrench , but something tells me i am not using it the correct way , any help would be great , thanks again guys....

Well - this is a safe - but since the you're trying to pick the tubular lock on it I don't see the harm in telling you how to pick a tubular lock.

The best way is to use a tubular lock pick. Heres a link on how to use one:

It seems to me that you don't have a tubular pick though. It's possible to use a hex wrench and a poking tool to pick a tubular lock, but I advise against it. You'll wear down the frame of the lock tensioning it and may not be able to pick it all the way into the locked or unlocked position after that.

If you want to learn to pick tubular locks I wouldn't do it on a safe, get yourself a cheap bike lock with a tubular lock on it. Much better to practice on.

uh... I wouldn't call them safes... I'd call them a metal box with a door.

It is of course unacceptable for the open forums, i cant see any part of it that would make you think it was, link removed
