gerda locks in uk

Postby peacefullockie » 24 Feb 2007 16:29

Hi all

i have just joined the group after looking around for a while and i have found it to be a of great use.
i am a warrant lockie mainly, working in north london for bg and gerda are getting fitted on a lot of council flats in this area.
the agents currently have key sets for the outside cupboards but getting into the flats that have the gerda doors and locks fitted is a struggle.
through the box sometimes possible but not always possible.
does anyone know of any picks that are being made for these locks?
i rang gerda and they are very much unhelful and it is understandable after hearing from the products manager that their intentions are to charge the utility companys in the future for their engineers to go on warrants.
to me this is an unfair monopoly and i live in hope that a tool will be made.

any help grateful
