Then its a teacher thing, if you work on the basisi of two sharing a locker you can not change the combo or lock and not tell the other party involved,
If he gives out the number then its an issue for the people incharge,

I don't understand why you don't just talk to a consuler or someone about getting a new locker, and another suggestion is maybe find a big box and lock your stuff in there if people steal your stuff; to bad that's an incovience to you.

during my highschool career I never used my locker for anything but sticking my textbooks in (which went in the locker when I got them and only came out when i was told to return them)
Get a good jacket with decent pockets and thats all you need... unless you actually do work at school then maybe a bag...
I wore a CF combat jacket through highschool and everything fint in there (smokes, flask, extendo-baton, pen, pad of paper, lighter, folding knife,) what else could you need. Cold days put my Alpha MA-1 and on wet days an Aussie outback trentch coat. Never carried a backpack a day of my highschool life (except to carry beers)

Many locker combination locks have 5 built in combinations. Each summer, a key is used to advance to the next combination in the series with that small push button on the back of the lock. And the series repeats every 5 years. So if it takes you a couple of extra years to graduate, you will eventually be able to open your freshmen year locker again.
Most likely, the school administration can change your locker combination but won't because then they would have one locker (out of probably hundreds, maybe thousands) that was not in the proper sequence and their combination book would be off.
See if they'll switch you to an empty locker.

Well that share a locker policy seems terrible
We could have left our lockers open, which we did. Our school revamped there security system big time, I was very impressed, we even had a gurad monitoring everything, they even had a button which i never knew of. Where say a fight? broke out, they could focus soley on the with everycamer within the veiwng angle.
Becuase of this every single fight was punished justly, and leaveing our lockers open well some of us, we were never tardy.
Long rant, but request a locker of your own, just go on about identify theft, if theys till don't care, organize a laydown haha, just have everyone in your whole school lay onthe floor and not move until they change.

You should get new friends as well.
If a lock is a puzzle, then its key is the complete picture
