M.E.Duffells is a UK lock and tool supplier, they are more concentrated on the lock side of things but its where Chris Belcher sell his tools commercially, i cant remember the link off hand but as usual in the uk suppliers world their website is still likely 'under construction' lol,

Thanks for you input, I have purchased a ICL version as it was the only one I could buy as a non trading lockie. I have had a bit of sucess on a few ERA locks but lots to learn. Will be spending a fair amount of time practicing to get the feel I think.

I found its quite difficult to pick up the nearest lever the wire doesn't seem to be able to reach it if its laying in its slot on the tool. I have had to lift it out of the slot in the body to get these the back 4 no problems. May be a little moding of the wire is required. Has anyone else found this with the ICL tool?

What exactly does ICL stand for and where did you buy it from? what store would carry ICL? thanks

It is normal to have to lift the wire out of the stem,

The icl stands for the Insitute of Certified Locksmiths,

The tools can be bought from SKS, Devon locks, Safe Ventures and of course various members websites, you will get to somthing involved with them if you click the nde locksmith training links that appear above, im nothing to do with the icl so cant comment further on suppliers,

Their earlier tools i had no time for but the recent stuff looks quite good to be honest,
