I saw in teh video with Pyro he uses carbon steel hacksaw blades. I was checkign on ebay for packs of say 15 or 20 and teh teh hacksaw blades i foudn were made of high carbon steel, bi-metal, or cobalt, Anyone know what that bi-metal stuff is? and if the blade is colored and has say a blue paint on it is that bad or can i jsut sand it off?

I got 15 hacksaw blades at Big Lots for 1.49 (I swear they used to be 15 for .99). I printed the templates on my laser printer and I had good luck ironing them right to the blades with the red/blue/yellow paint still on the blade. I also tried to make some picks from the bimetal kind of blades and they just don't work as well. I had to make the shaft thicker and a bit wider to keep the pick from bending as I use it. I have no idea how cobalt hacksaw blades would work as lockpicks.
