ok....as i said.to rebuild a lock to be unpickable you have to invert all pins!that.s all.....now i.ll let you find out the other part of the job see you next week if nobody beat me up!!!

That would not work at all. You said it would be un-pickable and work with a key. I would suggest you read the stickies on this site before making any more posts. Pm me if you need any help. Come on man you dissapoint me.

For a start do you realise why bottom pins have little pointy ends?

You provide me with any lock youve done this to and ill pick it in front of your eyes faster than you can pick it without you having messed around with it,
