What am I doing wrong ? ( false setting ? )

glad to hear it worked out. i'd still love to see some pictures though.

first thing i do when i get a new lock to play with is take it apart and see what i'm up against, also to help visualize what's going on inside.

getting them back together can be tricky though on the cheaper models

Yes, the pictures. But the main problem is that I have no camera, since my last has broken up. I don't know when I manage to get a new one :roll: , sorry.

But I was really surprised to see that crap opened... I picked it in less than 10 minutes, the only thing I had to do all the time was to push the pick at the end of the plug after that 3 deg rotation !
