Theres not even a uk recconised qualifacation not alone a over seas one,
I assume if you are trading here it wont be hard to get a license where needed elsewhere,
There was recently a great map posted of what is needed and where but i cant remember if it was just the us or not,
Theres the postal courses that you could ave sent over which result in some sort of certificate i think but its all wasted money if you already trade,
I would look at licensing as i think its only a case of filling out a few forms and giving them some money, i would think things like that are mentioned on the goverment websites for the country you want to move to, the ones where they have all those sort of forms listed,
