It might be warded lock, but can't tell you because I honestly don't know. As for the picture, it doesn't help at all because it is blurry and the keyway isn't visible enough.

Pickable? Yes, like every other lock.

you ask if something is pickable again, i will reach through the screen and choke you untill you defecate yourself....

man the gene pool here is getting shallower and shallower but it only takes an inch of water to drown in.... your job is to figure out how

still blurry, but I would caution on the side of "warded"

It is a warded padlock. It is more than pickable, it is trivial with the correct tool (warded pick... check it out on lockpickshop, lockpicks.com or SO). I could tell from the first picture, but only because thats what my world looks like without glasses. The give away here is that the keyway isn't centered on the bottom of the laminated lock. Even though you cant tell that its a warded lock from the keyway in the first picture, the placement gives it away.
