Safe locks, never really thought about it; it weighs as much as a safe door so the lock should feel right at home.

Deadbolts being mounted on a surface like this (or a door) adds extra challenge. I think it is a lot easier to wrap your hand around a shell, stick out a finger for the t-wrench and pick. Being on a wall, is a whole different approach. Most of the locks I have been picking are in my lap or in my hand. I could pick them with no problems what so ever. But after I mounted them on this wall, I was not as comfortable, and I had to teach myself a new technique because I could no longer stick out a finger for the t-wrench. So now that I have to use both hands to pick, it is a different experience. Plus these are all flush mounted which in my opinion, adds to the challenge.
