When it comes down to it there is nothing better than manual tools for your Lock pick Set, whether they be retail, homebrew, macgyver style. DIY'ers look here.

Also, I doubt that a bank would have simple pin tumbler locks on it's vault, and if it did, different pins would bind in a different order on the 2 locks if that makes sense.
And yeah like Jaako said, two lock pickers picking both of the locks is a lot more efficient.

Actually the second lock in the scene is not picked. Basically the first lock is decoded and the code is used to set the pins of the second lock which has the same code. The binding order of the second lock would be irrelevant.
It may be feasible to build a system that decodes one lock and uses the code on a second lock almost simultaniously but discussing the details of such a system would not be allowed in the public forum.
