Its hard to say which I "prefer", as it all depends on the situation.
Raking is bad for beginners to learn as they run the risk of learning to rake cheap locks and nothing else. SPP is "purer" and the only viable method (out of the two) with many locks
BUT
Although not a professional locksmith I have done some lockouts free of charge for friends. The deal was if I got in they'd grab me a beer. Raking got me in quickly and without damage to the lock or my tools, so was probably the best technique in that situation. If the situation is simply "I need to open this lock." then I try to rake first, but fall back on SPP. If I'm just playing with my locks then I'll practice both.

My favorite method is the one that opens the lock the quickest.
some people consider SPP a real skill and raking is just as easy to do as bumping, but I think all 3 take skill and knowledge.

First off, you will notice most of the experienced members chose SPP.
Second. can we keep it in English. you both speak it and switching language just seem rude and will end up in me using bablefish to translate everything you say to prove a point. the forums areover 99% English and it seems like a bad idea to change

SPP for me, raking is addictive and quick to open (just like bumping) but also requires skill. However raking is highly dependent on the pinning of the individual lock while SPP will open anything you can rake and more. I'm not saying that raking isn't useful, for professional locksmiths its the best thing since sliced bread but I don't think you really learn a lot with it compared to SPP.

SPP may take longer than raking but it can better guarantee that you'll get the lock open. Raking is nice but it's kind of like using a pick gun. Takes the art out of it kind of.
If a lock is a puzzle, then its key is the complete picture

Single pin picking is kind of hard, because some times you dont have the plave to to do the lever and so and it is sometimes hard to find the binding pin but anyways i like the 2 methods
